Classification Title: Research Coordinator I Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Grant Implementation and Safety Program Support - Assist Project Managers in implementing tasks for multiple highway safety grants including CPS, FOPC, and FTSRC projects. - Coordinate CPS Technician and Instructor training events, certification renewals, and resource distribution. - Manage logistics and documentation for Florida Occupant Protection Coalition meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks. - Develop and maintain databases related to participants, coalition members, and stakeholders. - Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Provide customer service and technical assistance to statewide safety partners. - Deliver presentations at FOPC meetings and other statewide safety events to promote program updates and highlight accomplishments.
