Genesis Consulting is leading an advanced financial management transformation at one of the largest federal civilian agencies that implement programs designed to mitigate the significant risks of farming through crop insurance, conservation programs, farm safety net programs, lending, and disaster programs. The program encompasses integrating dozens of mission critical financial applications to a modern SAP application operating in a FedRamp Certified cloud, while reengineering business process, with the proper internal controls and educating the impacted users and organizations on the future digital platform .
