Position Summary: Under the direction of General Manager , the Bauer Sales Leader is responsible for evolving and executing Sales strategy and growth initiatives of Bauer EMEA business . The Sales Leader will lead his team in developing CRM strategies, e stablishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. The focus of the role is to acquire new businesses and secure ongoing growth of sales orders. This role can be performed remotely . Major Responsibilities: Directs Account Managers who interface daily with End Users , Direct OEM’s and referred OEM’s , Distributors/channel partners Performance Management of the team , c oaches, trains, and develops his group of sellers. Manage each seller’s disciplined selling processes to attain quota: Purposeful account planning, Time and territory management and Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency . Perform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targets Develops sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organization.
