The Sprinkler Install Superintendent is responsible for overseeing multiple jobs, large crews, and complex fire sprinkler installation projects. This role combines advanced technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. The Superintendent ensures operational coordination, safety, and compliance while remaining actively engaged in fieldwork. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple jobs and/or crews in installation of fire sprinkler systems. Coordinate complex projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. Supervise, mentor, and develop technicians, leads, and apprentices. Independently perform installation using hand tools and equipment. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects. Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures. Manage job site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation. Review and approve documentation and installation reports for accuracy and completeness.
