Job Title: Production Welder (Level II–III) Location: Virginia Beach, VA Employment Type: Contract to Hire Pay Range: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on weld test results and overall evaluation Position Overview: We are hiring experienced Production Welders (Level II–III) to support fabrication and manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of welding and metal fabrication tasks while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform welding using MIG, TIG, wire feed, spot welding, and oxy-acetylene torch methods - Prepare, clean, and finish welds to meet quality standards - Set up materials and layouts using hand tools or material handling equipment - Operate grinders, sanders, wire wheels, and other finishing tools - Weld structural components such as I-beams, frames, and tanks in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead) - Assemble components using methods such as clamping, tack welding, drilling, tapping, cutting, and bolting - Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications - Inspect welds and completed assemblies; perform rework when needed - Adjust welding...
