Title: Part-Time Faculty – Chemistry Instructor / Chemistry Lab Facilitator Employee Classification: Part-Time Faculty: Institution: Columbia State Community College: Campus Location: Columbia State Community College- Williamson Campus Job Summary: Part time faculty are hired as needed on a semester-to-semester basis and typically teach up to nine credit hours during the semester. Columbia State offers classes at five campuses: Columbia Campus, Williamson Campus, Lawrenceburg Campus, Lewisburg Campus, and Clifton Campus. Columbia State also offers classes at several off-campus locations and clinical sites. This position will be primarily located on the Williamson Campus with classes taught during the day. Minimum Qualifications: Instructor – Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry (or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry). Lab Facilitator – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry (or a related field with a minimum of 18 semester hours in Chemistry).
