Job description

Lead – Drive Audit Purpose: Assure that customer requirements for vehicle validations, audits and warranty analysis are met and/or exceeded, with a customer lead attitude. Coordinate swift and appropriate response to issues affecting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Assure compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Also handle fleet maintenance responsibilities. Responsibility: Supervision: Leadership responsibility for Drive Audit Techs, including training and development of new technology skill sets. - Assure that periodic drive audits are performed to customer requirements. Notify respective Quality Engineering/Quality Manager of any drive audit failures; assist with containment action as appropriate. - Assist with Engineering planning and execution of drive audit validations (includes part/component testing); assure these activities are performed per customer and/or internal requirements, including APQP, EAPA’s, SREA’s, etc. - Maintain the drive audit fleet, including repairs related to normal drive audit activities, as well as overall vehicle readiness to support business activities.
