Your new role: The role: - Co-ordinating the onboarding of subcontractors onto our approved subcontractor database, tracking the progress of onboarding requests and communicating progress/issues to stakeholders - Collation and storage of subcontractor documents - Ensuring the subcontractor details and documents held in the system are kept up to date - Ensuring subcontractors’ approval statuses are aligned across Robertson systems - Arranging travel for the department and wider business as required - Act as the point of contact for any subcontractor onboarding/approval or travel booking-related qu...
