Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Manager, Strategic Initiatives leads the successful delivery of strategic projects & business initiatives that contribute to the overall success of MD Financial Management ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and focusing on the best possible outcomes for the business, employees, and clients. The role leads by evolving the MD business and setting new standards in project deliverables, change & employee engagement. This role reports to the Director, Strategic Initiatives.
