Job Summary: The Master Data / Compliance Administrator is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the activities associated with detailed analysis and maintenance of all vendor master data including Insurance Certificate Program management. This individual is a key participant in the development of and adherence to master data processes, governance standards, policies, and protocol to drive efficiency, minimize risk, and ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate standards for Vendor Master and Insurance Certificate. Duties: This role provides support to help streamline the global master data process. The Master Data/Compliance Administrator will interface with Sourcing team members, platform resources, end-users, insurance agency/broker, third party suppliers, and Corporate Management in the execution of his/her duties and responsibilities: - Create and maintain the vendor master data for Arrowhead Engineered Products and its subsidiaries within multiple ERP systems; - Coordinate subsequent data maintenance activities with the enterprise to assure completeness of data content; - Determine requirements for additional data types, data views, and data fiel...
