Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, business planning, or a structured management consulting environment. - Experience owning planning projects, including scoping, resource coordination, and cross-functional work stream integration. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading, accountability-setting, and providing ongoing coaching or mentorship to a team of professionals to drive collective business outcomes. - Experience organizing and designing regional business cadences and operational consistency to improve sales productivity. - Experience leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and innovation in planning workflows, in alignment with responsible AI principles. - Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to persuade executive leaders, manage high-pressure objections, and deliver structured narratives. - Knowledge of Google’s differentiated product suite, go-to-market strategies, and how to map internal systems and company-wide processes to regional goals.
