We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to work on the Facilitator agent for meetings in Microsoft Teams. This role focuses on the core capabilities of Facilitator in meetings , shaping how the agent behaves across real scenarios and how success is defined, evaluated, and improved over time. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and applied science to turn emerging AI capabilities into clear product decisions : defining scenarios, setting expectations for agent behavior, and grounding the work in real customer needs and usage. This is a hands‑on product role for a PM who enjoys ambiguity, systems thinking, and building AI experiences that must work reliably in the real world.
