This process includes the review, receipting and recording of application and license fees; data entry of applications into the appropriate tracking systems; processing pertinent documents; preparing necessary correspondence, and giving to appropriate Licensing Specialist with checklist. - Produces accurate licenses and certificates along with proper documents, gives to Licensing Specialist and Supervisor for proofing and mails on a timely basis, according to program requirements. - When a Family Home Child Care closes, sends proper correspondence, according to procedure; data system is updated, and file is placed in closed Family Home Child Care box.
