Overview Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant: CC/Department: Skilled Nursing Care: Reports to: Director of Nursing: JOB SUMMARY: Under medical or licensed nursing supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), is a member of the health care team who assists in the delivery of total patient care. Cert Nurse Assistant provides nursing care to residents who are physically ill, disabled, geriatric, or assist physician or nurse with treatments of residents; motivate and assist patients in developing and utilizing their maximum potential for self-care.
