Description We are seeking an Operations Analyst – Hybrid Remote at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm. This position supports the Operations team by executing core operational processes, including account onboarding and setup, portfolio accounting and reporting system updates, standardized reporting, transaction processing, and account/performance reconciliation. This role focuses on accurate data entry, timely completion of daily and periodic workflows, and partnership with internal teams and custodians to resolve routine exceptions and maintain accurate client and investment data. This position offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week after initial training period.
