ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering to lead the design, automation, and delivery of our on‑premises datacenter infrastructure. This role oversees teams responsible for compute, storage, virtualization, and core systems, with a strong focus on automation, standardization, and project execution. Cloud experience is a plus, but the primary focus is on on‑prem infrastructure excellence. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead teams operating and modernizing on‑prem datacenter platforms, including VMware and/or Nutanix environments. - Own reliability, scalability, and lifecycle management of compute, storage, and core infrastructure systems. - Drive automation across provisioning, configuration, patching, and platform operations. - Lead infrastructure initiatives such as datacenter upgrades, hardware refreshes, platform migrations, and modernization efforts. - Partner with architecture, security, networking, and application teams to deliver projects with minimal operational impact. - Develop and mentor engineering leaders, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Provide clear communication on risks, priorities, and delivery progress to s...
