Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program or project management. - 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience in packaging-centric roles, with 5 years of experience in a leadership/people-management capacity. - Experience managing 3PL/4PL relationships and an understanding of the "Port-to-Data-Center" flow, including the impact of humidity and vibration during ocean/air freight. - Experience implementing circular economy principles, including reusable transit packaging (RTP) or closed-loop recycling programs. - Experience leading ambiguous programs, along with the ability to navigate "Change Management" within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Understanding of corrugated design, cushion curves, and palletization optimization software (e.g., TOPS, Cape Pack) along with familiarity with ArtiosCAD or SolidWorks.
