Junior Systems Administrator

Job description

Dempsey Uniform is hiring a Junior Systems Administrator to support and maintain our IT environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and building hands-on experience across systems, infrastructure, and daily operations. You’ll work across office, production, and remote environments while gaining exposure to systems administration, cloud tools, networking, and device management. As part of a service-focused IT team, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement and use tools—including AI—where they meaningfully improve efficiency and the employee experience. What you’ll do: - Provide coverage and support across core systems and network functions, ensuring continuity when senior team members are unavailable. - Support and maintain core IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP), virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V), and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. - Perform routine system administration tasks, including patching, updates, system monitoring, backup oversight, and participation in disaster recovery processes. - Maintain and document network and har...
