Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist for our factory in Elst (Netherlands) will act as a talent business partner and champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early careers' recruitment, for white and blue-collars roles. Our TA team is the guardian of our recruitment strategy so you’ll be working alongside senior leadership every day, at all levels, and therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of partners and customers. Based in the Elst factory as main working location you will partner with all functions of the business and play a critical role in shaping and building the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz through attracting and hiring the right candidates.
