CTERA Remote File Service Engineer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive engineer to provide support for our CTERA Remote File Service deployed in customer locations and synchronized with AWS. This role is responsible for the comprehensive support and administration of the CTERA Remote File Portal Application and database, hosted on AWS storage, as well as supporting CTERA edge devices located across multiple on-premises locations. You will ensure seamless connectivity and reliable remote file access for end users, troubleshooting issues across cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This engineer must also be capabile of designing and implementing a migration of CTERA to Azure Files Requirements: CTERA/AWS Cloud Support: - Administer and support the CTERA Remote File Portal Application and its associated database hosted on AWS EC2 instances - Manage and monitor AWS EBS volumes, EC2 instances, and S3 storage integrated with the CTERA solution - Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, backups, and patching of the application and database - Perform AWS resource...
