Responsibilities / Tasks For our location in Parma (Italy), we are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP S/4HANA Service Module Consultant. The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module. In this role, you will: Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA. Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management. Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution. Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required.
