Location Schiphol: Hours: 32 hours per week Contract Period: September 2026 – February 2027: Role Overview: An experienced Working Conditions Advisor is required to support initiatives focused on improving quality of work, labor relations, and sustainable employability within a complex operational environment. The role focuses on strengthening collaboration between employers, employees, social partners, and external stakeholders to support stable labor relations and a well-functioning labor market. The advisor will contribute to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and the facilitation of social dialogue sessions related to working conditions and labor market topics.
