Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a remote position. Must reside within 50 miles of one of the following states: OH, TX, OK, IN, WV, TN, KY, VA, MI, LA. - Develops extensive pools of highly qualified candidates to fill current and future needs. - Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations. - Assists with research on the talent markets to determine the supply vs demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent. - Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified prospects utilizing our digital online platforms that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed resume database etc. - Promotes a consistent Company brand to candidates and applicants. - Participates in innovative resource strategies - e.g., US Army PaYS and employee resource groups. - Uses hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve in making informed decisions. - Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. - Schedules and attends job/career fa...
