Under the leadership of the Program Manager, this position reviews case files, previous history of non-compliance, and applicable laws and regulations to determine if violations of the Virginia’s charitable gaming laws or regulations have occurred and develops enforcement actions when appropriate. This position also ensures that all actions comply with laws, regulations, civil penalty/compliance action decision matrix, and other guidelines and policies; follows established priorities for case reviews; prepares all enforcement related correspondence and ensures appeal processes are held and conducted as required by the Virginia Administrative Process Act; maintains the enforcement databa...
