Job Description General Manager (Store Leader): Position Summary: The General Manager is the CEO of the store—owning total business performance across operations, merchandising, and people. This role leads a complex, high-volume environment spanning fresh, center store, and general merchandise, with full accountability for P&L, execution, and culture. We are looking for a complete leader—someone who can run the business, elevate the product, and build a high-performing team. This is not a single-lane role. Success requires strength as an operator, a merchant, and a people leader, along with a strong curiosity for food and the ability to translate emerging trends into a compelling in-store experience.
