Team Lead - Construction Insurance

We have an excellent opportunity to join our UK Construction team as a Team Leader (Heavy Industry). Leading a team of six colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and a strong focus on new business development. We are looking for someone with a very strong technical insurance background within the UK construction market, together with experience in team management. The Role: - Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions. - Identify and maintain active relationships with key decision makers and budget holders within client organisations. - Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise, drawing on specialist teams as required. - Develop and implement effective solutions, pricing, and placement strategies for both new and existing clients. - Lead team to ensure consistent client service. - Drive business development by maintaining a pipeline of prospects, responding to RFPs, and conducting new business presentations. - Promote cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues across the business to maxi...
