Job description

Qualifications: - Provides the HR Manager and HR Generalist with administrative support in all aspects of the human resource function. - Assists with New Employee Orientation including benefit review, application overview and support for all employees, including translation for Spanish speaking New Hires. - Responsible for the translation of all plant communication documents including training material. - Assists HR team with employee concerns and obtains employee statements with confidentiality. - Helps translate and engage in bilingual communication for trainings. - Assists with pre-employment hiring process including scheduling of interviews, job postings and screenings including background checks. - Responsible for managing the Attendance Program and provides timely attendance corrective actions including collection of the correction actions from Supervisors. - Responsible for providing FMLA request documents and tracking of FMLA and Short-Term Disability including effective communication with all parties. - Responsible for the organization of employment files and proper record keeping. - Files documents according to standards. - Active participation in walking the production f...
