JOB OVERVIEW: The Fiberglass Finisher III will be responsible for repairs of fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts. They are key drivers of delivering a flawless product by using a variety of skills. They will be responsible for inspection and understand fiberglass finishing. They will need to use a variety of tools which include but not limited to spray guns, buffers, grinders, drills and/or other specialty tools and fixtures. Fiberglass Finisher III with a high level of technical skills and a complete understanding of Boston Whalers construction methods. Demonstrated ability to instruct, train, and support team members in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.
