What you'll bring to the team People Business Partner Location: Onsite at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days onsite Contract Type: Permanent, Salaried: Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are recruiting for a People Business Partner to join our AWESOME People Team! Our People Business Partner plays a pivotal role in operational partnering at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, developing a strategic workforce plan in order to build leadership capability, embed new ways of working and support the Resort with navigating change. You will work closely with the management team onsite, upskilling and coaching them in taking ownership of their line reports and developing their management skills to create and embed a team of confident and capable leaders. As a strategic Business Partner you will work alongside the UK People Hub to implement comprehensive talent and succession plans, aligning the talent strategy with the wider people plan and development of existing employees to create a robust and clear talent pipeline.
