Job description
The Shipping and Receiving Leader is responsible for leading a team in receiving in coming and preparing out bound mail. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and team members. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Lead a team of individuals that are directly supporting the following - Scanning in all in bound packages as received - Deliver received packages, scan delivered and get signature of who received package - Deliver Inter-Office mail - Prepare File Room documents on pallets for Corrigan Shredding CO. - Open and/or separate USPS to be delivered to teams/individuals - Assist team members with postage and shipping needs - Assist teams within United Services as needed - Deliver mail between all UWM buildings - Monitor mailing supplies needed - Maintain daily inbound and outbound mail counts for reporting volume - Perform all leadership responsibilities - Monday- Friday shift 8 -5 - Overtime and weekends when needed WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - 3+ years experience in mailroom or shipping and receiving - 3+ years team leader/supervisor experien...
