- Gain hands-on experience across real ecology projects - Work alongside experienced professionals and build your field skills - Flexible casual work to fit around study or other commitments About the role: We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Ecologist to support field-based environmental projects across Western Australia, with a focus on flora surveys, vegetation monitoring, and rehabilitation assessment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate in ecology, environmental science, or botany who is keen to build hands-on field experience. - Assist with Flora and Vegetation field surveys (including quadrats and transects) - Vegetation condition assessments and monitoring - Rehabilitation and mine closure monitoring - Field logistics and site preparation - Support data collection, recording, and basic analysis - Work across a variety of terrains and conditions, including remote locations - Follow safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements About You: We are open to a broad range of backgrounds.
