Job Title Chief Engineer (Data Centre Operations) Job Description Summary Based in Sydney, this role is for an upcoming managed services account in the Data Centre space Job Description Operations: Manage clients SLA and KPI performance requirements Manage client related reporting, weekly, monthly quarterly Provide direction and leadership of the site operations teams, including effective hiring, motivation, development, training and discipline of the site operation and maintenance organization. Monitor workload / resources against KPI and budget constraints whilst ensuring up-time. Initiate and manage site reviews, including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, single points of failure, Tier adherence and operational risk. Ensure delivery of planned and reactive activities, utilizing the CMMS platform within financial operating targets. To perform additional tasks as required by Management Manage Account and site facility-related budget to ensure compliance to the contract.
