As a Recovery Coach , you’ll offer support, mentorship, and encouragement to individuals navigating early recovery or seeking a path to wellness. Grounded in compassion and mutual respect, you’ll meet people where they are and walk beside them as they build lives rooted in purpose, connection, and strength. Whether you're drawing from personal experience or professional training, your presence can help others find hope, healing, and the resources they need to thrive. Your Role: Motivator, Guide, and Peer Partner As a Recovery Coach (RC), you’ll be a trusted support for individuals at all stages of recovery. You’ll partner with participants to explore their goals, connect to critical services, and develop wellness plans that reflect their unique strengths and values. This Full-Time position, allows you the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of others—one conversation, connection, and step at a time.
