Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh Risk . This role will be based in Townsville . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Account Executive – Corporate & Commercial We will count on you to: - Maintain and grow personal relationships and a book of business, contributing to team sales targets. - Conduct research and analyze personal accounts and core team accounts to understand business needs. - Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance market to review clients' exposures and loss experience and develop solutions. - Execute renewal/placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive. - Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients. - Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts, leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings. - Define the strategy for custom solution development for the team portfolio, communicating sales targets and expectations. - Attend industry events and co...
