What this job involves: The Project Team Lead directs project management services on assigned JLL client projects, regions, and practices while providing superior client service. This role oversees project implementation and execution through construction completion, managing projects up to 25,000 RSF with potential responsibility for projects up to 75,000 RSF. The position includes managing small ground-up projects encompassing programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management, as well as overseeing capital improvement and asset preservation programs at multiple sites.
