Job Description Summary The Lead Robotics and Automation Engineer is responsible for developing, industrializing, implementing, and supporting advanced robotic and automation systems for gas turbine manufacturing and repair operations globally. This role provides technical leadership in PLC programming, robotics, automation, simulation, and AI/ML-enabled manufacturing technologies. The position requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and the ability to train and mentor others while driving innovative automation solutions into production environments.
