(NACE) Industry: Telecommunications / Network Infrastructure Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (in-office) Type: Full-Time, W-2 Reporting Relationships: - Primary Report: Director of Sales - Secondary Report: Chief Executive Officer (strategic market initiatives) Compensation: - Direct supervisory responsibility for all NACE Las Vegas sales representatives - Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action - Accountable for team development, execution, and results as the team grows - Total Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 (base + commission) - Base Salary: Likely capped around $85,000 - Commission paid on individual production and team performance About the Role: The Sales Manager – Las Vegas is responsible for building, leading, and managing the NACE Las Vegas sales team.
