Position Summary: In this role you will be responsible for: - - Monitoring front end workflow and production measures throughout the day for timely and accurate dispensing of patient orders. - - Working with the manager to resolve issues and problems according to set guidelines. - - Actively participate in the company’s Quality Improvement Program by monitoring each employee for accuracy, productivity, and customer service through collecting key performance indicator data, evaluating results and making recommendations for improvement to the quality team and the individual through coaching sessions. - - Monitor reports for daily production volume to ensure efficiency and accuracy is reflected in assignment groups and overall team statistics and pro...
