Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy. - Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha• Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems. - Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments.
