Purpose: This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly workspace for all team members. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: - One year of custodial experience and/or building maintenance preferred - Knowledge of methods of maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a variety of surfaces - Proper and safe use of a wide range of chemicals according to state and federal regulations - Handling and disposing of hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens with care and in compliance with regulations/trainings - Possess essential physical and mental capabilities with; interpersonal skills, attention to detail, memory, following directions, comprehension, organization and innovation - Reading, writing, and speaking English preferred Essential Job Functions: W orking Conditions (travel & environment) While working the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles/equipment, as well as outdoor elements.
