Position Summary The Entry‑Level Procurement Specialist supports Pike Electric's purchasing operations by assisting with the acquisition of goods and services needed to support business operations. You will help ensure materials and services are purchased efficiently, delivered on time, and meet quality and company standards. You'll work closely with vendors, internal teams, and the Procurement Leadership to learn the end‑to‑end procurement process while building foundational skills in sourcing, vendor coordination, and compliance. Essential Functions: Under close supervision, you will: Help source and purchase supplies and services following Pike specifications and guidelines. Help create and maintain vendor relationships and basic contract documentation. Help prepare requests for quotes or proposals and help review vendor pricing and terms. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to help ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain and update inventory and procurement records for accuracy and compliance.
