SUMMARY: The Benefits/Insurance Navigator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of application for benefits, specifically insurance and general assistance, in the RS EDEN Recovery Services programs. Flexibility, effective time management practices, and sound organizational skills are necessary. Must have strong customer services skills, empathy, ability to work through crisis situations in a professional, therapeutic and positive manner. This position includes light lifting and sitting for long periods of time. This position is classified as a category 3 driving position.
