As we scale our recruiting operations, we’re looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you’ll lead talent acquisition initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to drive hiring strategies that support our growth. You’ll shape FloQast’s future by attracting and securing top-tier talent who embody our commitment to innovation and excellence. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time What You’ll Do: - Manage the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and Product Management. - Partner with Engineering/Product Leadership to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop targeted hiring strategies for niche technical skill sets. - Utilize advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized Slack communities to identify passive top-tier talent. - Execute high-volume outbound messaging campaigns with a focus on personalized outreach to increase response rates from high-demand e...
