Job description
As the Senior Manager of Sales Execution OGG, you will help support the continued development of your team’s skills in a diverse and dynamic environment while contributing to the growth of our customer base. In this role, you will foster a positive and empowered team culture that drives engagement and performance. You will help define and execute the commercial strategy for the retail segment, focusing on maximizing revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction through customer-centric transport solutions. As the retail sales vertical lead, you will also serve as a subject matter expert and share key market insights and trends. Ensure consistent application of Hapag-Lloyd policies to all personnel actions. With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
