The Pre-Launch, Sr Associate manages the complete lifecycle of merchant onboarding, from contract to installation, before accounts transition to the Post-Launch team. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and project management ability to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. The Sr Associate also provides menu programming, training, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring white-glove service for Shift4’s SkyTab merchants. Location: Center Valley, PA Must work in the office 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
