Compensation Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.25 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties in all areas of the distribution center. Communicates all custodial or housekeeping issues to maintenance supervisor, assistant maintenance supervisor, or DC management team. Perform maintenance duties for outside grounds of distribution center buildings. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for emptying trash containers, cardboard containers, and sweeping all floor areas of the distribution center. Operate floor scrubbing equipment and cardboard baler. Maintain all stations containing janitorial equipment such as brooms, dust mops, wet mops, mop buckets, etc. Assist maintenance team in maintaining and organizing the tote repair area.
