We are looking for a Senior Cost Accountant to join our team ideally in the Atlanta, GA, Chattanooga/Knoxville/Nashville, TN areas. Job Summary: The Senior Accountant will be part of the Carlisle Finance team. This position is responsible for supporting the team through assisting with general ledger reconciliation, utilizing SAP to extract data and prepare reports to support analysis, preparing monthly, quarterly & annual reports, performing reconciliations and assisting with inventory maintenance and tracking. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support CPS finance team with management reporting cadence including, but not limited to, month-end inventory, obsolete inventory management and capital expenditure analysis. - Analyze key financial metrics to review accuracy and trends. - Extract data from SAP - Review SAP inventory costing and update as needed. - Perform general ledger account reconciliation and analysis - Complete balance sheet reconciliations - Physical inventory and slow-movi...
