People & Operations Coordinator

Job description: We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to wear multiple hats. This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, Finance, and Executive Support, with exposure across all areas of the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting our North American team (US & Canada) while collaborating with global stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into a broader operational role. What You’ll Do: - Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations , including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management across the US and Canada - Assist with payroll coordination , benefits administration, and troubleshooting employee inquiries (compensation, commissions, reimbursements, etc.) - Partner with HR, Finance, and global teams to compile and maintain reports on attendance, productivity, and quarterly metrics - Coordinate benefits enrollment and ongoing support for North American employees - Manage inventory logistics , including shipment, tracking, and retrieval across the US and Canada - Provide ad hoc su...
