We are seeking dedicated professional Disability Support Workers to join our team. Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life while encouraging inclusion and choice. The ideal candidates will have solid experience supporting people with disabilities and a strong commitment to person‑centred care. Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours such as verbal and physical aggression while encouraging independence, growth, and community reintegration. On-going work, with consistent hours.
