Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sale Representative - promotional products to join their team. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned accounts or territories. - Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services that align with client needs and company objectives. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounts and contacts within your territory. - Update and manage customer data in the CRM system. - Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals. - Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to engage with clients and prospects. - Create and send targeted email campaigns and promotional blasts on a weekly or biweekly basis. - Respond to all customer emails within one hour or less. - Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally. - Become a subject matter expert on the clients products, pricing, and decoration methods. - Provide proactive and reactive recommendations to customers f...
